The Reuben

Serves 4


  • 8 slices rye bread
  • Aioli
  • 8 slices pastrami
  • 8 slices gruyere cheese
  • dillicious Not So Sweet Chips
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 4 bamboo skewers
  • 8 dillicious Straight Up Garlic Pickle Halves, to serve


  • Spread a generous amount of aioli over each slice of rye bread.
  • Layer each slice with sliced pastrami, gruyere, pickle chips and top with shredded red cabbage.
  • Halve each sandwich and stack with a pickle halve on top, secure with a bamboo skewer to serve.
