- 8 slices rye bread
- 8 slices pastrami
- 8 slices gruyere cheese
- dillicious Not So Sweet Chips
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 4 bamboo skewers
- 8 dillicious Straight Up Garlic Pickle Halves, to serve
- Spread a generous amount of aioli over each slice of rye bread.
- Layer each slice with sliced pastrami, gruyere, pickle chips and top with shredded red cabbage.
- Halve each sandwich and stack with a pickle halve on top, secure with a bamboo skewer to serve.
