Crispy Fried Pickle Chips

If you’ve never had Fried Pickles before, you’ve been missing out!! They’re crispy, crunchy and loaded with sour, dilly YUM! They are so easy to make and raise the bar on things you can make with pickles.

  • ½ jar Dillicious pickle chips
  • 1 ½ cup all purpose flower
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Panko crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • oil for frying
  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oil in a pan on medium/high heat.
    2. Cover pickle chips in flour and salt.
    3. Cover in egg.
    4. Cover in Panko crumb completely. Keep covered in Panko crumbs until ready to fry.
    5. Add coated pickle chips to hot oil. Cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes) and flip until the other side is also golden brown.
    6. When removing from oil, it's important to remove any excess oil as quickly as possible. You can use a mesh strainer or paper towels.
