Tasty chicken wings that are extra flavourful from soaking in our dillicious pickle brine. We like to serve them up with extra pickles on the side.

Ingredients
2 kg chicken wings
-
2 cups Dillicious pickle brine
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Freshly cracked pepper
Salt
1 cup Chobani natural yoghurt
100g blue cheese, crumbly
1 tablespoon chives, diced
1 tablespoon dill, diced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, optional
Freshly cracked pepper
Salt
Chicken Wings
Blue Cheese Dressing
Directions
Chicken Wings
Place chicken in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour pickle brine over the top and try to ensure all chicken is submerged. Cover and refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours.
Remove from fridge, rinse and pat dry.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet and set aside.
In a small bowl whisk together oil, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over wings and toss to coat.
Place wings on prepared baking sheet and bake 25 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with blue cheese dressing.
Blue Cheese Dressing
Combine the natural yoghurt, blue cheese, chives, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and stir until well blended and creamy.
Use the back of a spoon to press some of the blue cheese crumbles into the sauce for even more flavour. The dressing will be thick, which makes it perfect for dips.
Keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for one week.
Recipe Note
Serve with a side of dill pickle chips and garnish with fresh chives and dill.
