Spicy Pickle Slaw
- dillicious Oh So Spicy Pickle Chips (reserve 1/2 cup of pickle brine).
- 1/2 head red cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 spanish onion, diced
- Fresh dill, chopped
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted and crumbled
- 1 habanero chillies from pickles (optional)
- Roughly chop 1 cup of pickle chips into pieces, reserve 1/2 cup of pickle brine and (additional) habanero chilli from brine if preferred.
- Combine cabbage, pickles, red onion and dill in a large serving bowl.
- Add pickle brine and toss ingredients together.
- Garnish with additional dill, habanero chilli(if using) and toasted hazelnut pieces to serve.
