Spicy Pickle Slaw

Serves 4


  • dillicious Oh So Spicy Pickle Chips (reserve 1/2 cup of pickle brine).
  • 1/2 head red cabbage, sliced
  • 1/4 spanish onion, diced
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted and crumbled
  • 1 habanero chillies from pickles (optional)


  • Roughly chop 1 cup of pickle chips into pieces, reserve 1/2 cup of pickle brine and (additional) habanero chilli from brine if preferred.
  • Combine cabbage, pickles, red onion and dill in a large serving bowl.
  • Add pickle brine and toss ingredients together.
  • Garnish with additional dill, habanero chilli(if using) and toasted hazelnut pieces to serve.
